Cubicle construction is to be a fully welded 2mm sheet metal framework designed for strength and robustness with a completely modular internal assembly. All modular parts are also manufactured from either 1mm and/or 2mm sheet metal giving optimum mechanical strength in all areas. All cubicle compartments are accessed via hinged lockable doors with bolt-on covers over all cableways and busbar chambers. Busbars are completely segregated via sheet metal partitions and complying with the detailed Form of Segregation of the panel as detailed elsewhere. With access attainable both front or rear. Cable entries are top/bottom as required with removable undrilled gland plates. The framework sections must be able to be split down for ease of installation which must be confirmed and deemed satisfactory by the Electrical Contractor, which allows site installation in restricted areas.

Full gloss 60 microns DFT
Each manufacturer will have their own standard color, however, most will be able to achieve any color desired as long as it has a detailed RS/RAL number.
